This post-natal core conditioning exercise DVD will help new moms meet the challenges of reconditioning the body after pregnancy. Two progressive fitness band post-natal workout routines will help women safely build their core strength and stability and recondition their abdominal muscles.

These post-natal exercises quickly and safely build core strength and dynamic stability with simple yet powerful exercises specifically designed to meet the challenges of reconditioning the body after pregnancy. Featuring two progressive fitness band workout routines (band included free inside package) that can be started just days after giving birth. The first post-natal workout, "Gentle First Moves" (30 minutes) provides safe restorative exercises that speed recovery from labor and delivery and relieve pain. The second post-natal workout, "Bounce Back Fast!" (35 minutes) includes ab exercises that recondition all four layers of the abdominal wall, close abdominal separation, correct posture, restore flexibility and build upper-body strength for lifting and carrying. An alternate workout routine features special post-natal exercise modifications for those with abdominal separation. Also provided on this post-natal exercise DVD are important bonus materials that explain the special challenges of post-natal reconditioning, demonstrate crucial post-pregnancy abdominal wall training techniques, detail how to recondition pelvic floor muscles, and show how to test for and correct abdominal separation. Designed and led by perinatal exercise specialist and author Helene Byrne, both workout routines can easily be completed while the baby is napping and feature actual postpartum women. These post-natal workout routines are suitable for all fitness levels.
